I have ended up with a single day in Singapore at least six times , usually on a layover , and the structure has settled into something I can now write down. The actual itinerary I would hand a friend who just messaged saying landing at Changi 8am, leaving midnight, what should I do? Botanic Gardens opening hour, Chinatown shophouses and Maxwell chicken rice for lunch, ArtScience Museum in the heat, Gardens by the Bay at sunset, chilli crab at the water, and a rooftop bar before the taxi to the airport.
